We are happy to make venue inspections, and go through your running order to ensure sure things flow smoothly such as crowd control and traffic congestion.
Stedmans will also plan the ratio of food waiters and drink waiters and then adjust these if required. We can provide staff to set up and manage everything from your cloakroom to back of house.
Then, best of all, when it’s over, we can help you pack away, check hire equipment, clean up, and do a stocktake on any alcohol that is left over.
