Corporate Receptionists

Stedmans Hospitality, Sydney’s premier provider of hospitality staff is recruiting a number of Casual Receptionists. This is a casual role with full time hours working for a number of prestigious companies.

You will be the face of their business and your duties will involve managing the daily calendar, liaising with internal and external clients, taking booking enquires and insuring a highly professional and seamless delivery of service.

The successful candidate must have excellent personal presentation, be highly professional, able to work well under pressure and have excellent telephone handling skills.

The Role:

• Premium financial institution
• Casual corporate receptionist
• Monday to Friday
• Liaising with internal and external clients
• Handling booking enquires for meeting rooms
• Administrative support

You:

• At least 12 months experience in a similar role
• Immaculate presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A natural flair for customer service
• Be reliable, proactive and a team player
• The ability to organise, prioritise and manage
• High attention to detail

As this role requires the candidate to work up to 40 hours per week you must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
