Stedmans can assist with any last-minute requirements you might have, however lead time is appreciated and allows us to allocate the best fitting staff for you.

Stedmans conducts background checks for long-term allocations in the private and corporate sector and it is an essential part of our recruitment process for our permanent placement service.
Cancellations after close of business the day prior to the event (17.00pm the day prior) will incur a minimum charge of 4 hours for all staff booked. Stedmans hours of business are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 17.00pm.
PLEASE NOTE – any cancellations for Saturday/Sunday or Monday events after 17.00pm the Friday before will incur a minimum charge of 4 hours per staff booked.
Stedmans Hospitality may implement a 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations need to be received at least 3 business days prior to the event and during our business hours, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 17.00pm.
